Lough Hyne Cottage is a small organic farm in West Cork in the South West of Ireland. In 2019 Claire and Steven moved back from California to Ireland with a hope of living more simply and creating a model for alternative sustainable living. Lough Hyne and the surrounding area and community has turned out to be greater than our wildest dreams. We quickly established a deep sense of home and place here. 

Through a deep passion for food and community, we have found our place in feeding our local community. Weekly, we wood fire bread and pastries for our local market. We keep bees. We host monthly yoga mini retreats where we get to share our love for hyper local vegetarian food heavily inspired by our 8 years living in California.

We are part of a thriving artisan and artistic community and feel truly grateful for what we have created here in a short time.
